Lia Snell- M.O.D,
Founder/ Lead ConsultantLia Snell is an Organizational Development Practitioner, executive coach, and process improvement and systems strategist who helps people and teams navigate change with clarity, creativity, and purpose. From local organizations to global engagements, her work reflects a commitment to building systems that are both effective and human-centered.
Lia began her career in the tech startup space in Columbus, where she spent four years working in high-growth environments and contributing to two successful sales of tech assets. This experience shaped her ability to build scalable systems, lead through ambiguity, and translate vision into execution.
She specializes in the facilitation of change initiatives and process improvement, bringing both strategic rigor and human-centered insight to her work. Lia is a certified coach and is especially passionate about empowering teams to achieve synergy in creative and evolving spaces.
She is currently leading a large-scale research project in the AI space, focused on how individuals and organizations sustain agency, adaptability, and meaningful work in AI-augmented environments.
As co-owner and founder of Snell-Rivalsky Consulting and Co-Intelligence Coaching and Research, Lia focuses on catalyzing innovation, strengthening collaboration, and helping organizations build cultures where people can thrive. She also serves as an executive coach for Young Professionals, supporting the next generation of leaders as they navigate growth in an increasingly complex, AI-driven world.

Project Manager/Learning Specialist
John Rivalsky C.P.A
Operations Director / Technical Accounting LeadChelsea is a Learning and Development professional with a strong background in education, organizational development, and client engagement. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work, with experience designing and delivering programs that support growth, skill development, and team effectiveness.
Chelsea most recently served as a Learning and Development Specialist at Panasonic, where she focused on building impactful learning experiences and supporting organizational growth initiatives. Prior to that, she spent over six years as an Instructor and Advisor where she developed curriculum and guided students in both academic and professional pathways.
Her earlier experience includes roles in customer success and business operations, where she built strong skills in stakeholder relations, communication, and project coordination. Chelsea holds an Executive Master of Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Education from The University of Toledo. She is also DISC Certified and holds a Professional Educator License in the state of Ohio.
Chelsea is passionate about helping individuals and teams grow in meaningful, sustainable ways. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, listening to music, and continuing to learn and explore new ideas.
